the use and benefit of [insert name of Parish] located in [insert city] Illinois. However, if this Parish ceases to exist in its current form, then to the new parish or parishes erected in its stead.
the general charitable, religious and educational purposes of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
** Catholic School
the use and benefit of [insert name of school] located in [city] Illinois. However, if this school is suppressed and ceases to exist in its current form, then to the closest Catholic school in its stead.
the use and benefit of [insert name of ministry/program] located in [ city] Illinois. However, if this ministry/program is suppressed and ceases to exist in its current form, then to another ministry/program of the Church.
Gifts in Wills may also be made to benefit the independent Catholic Education Scholarship Trust.
“I give (amount/percentage/asset/item) to the Catholic Education Scholarship Trust, Tax ID #36-7632823, located in Chicago, Illinois for [**].
** General Scholarship Endowment
the general charitable purposes of the Catholic Education Scholarship Trust.
** Specific Named Fund
the use and benefit of (insert name of designated fund) in the Catholic Education Scholarship Trust.
